Richard previously worked for one of the top UK banks in personal debt restructuring, due to a desire to work in Corporate Finance he moved to work for one of the UKs largest Invoice Finance companies, both in an Operations and New Business capacity. Having spent numerous years in the Asset Based Lending sector he has a wealth of contacts to draw upon when sourcing the right funding and structure for a business, not only utilising sales staff but also contacts in the operations side of the business up to Director level.
In his spare time Richard enjoys football (Leeds United sadly), kickboxing and attending gigs.

Liam has joined Wilson Field Financial Solutions on the New Business team, helping companies who are new to Invoice Finance, unhappy with their current factoring provider or are just looking to see if there is a better deal or structure that could aid with business growth.
Liam has previously worked for two of the UKs largest banks and brings a wealth of knowledge, not just from working in this country but working overseas as well in Toronto, Canada for 3 years.
In his spare time Liam enjoys supporting the might Blades, travelling and is a member of a gym.
