Administrator Optimistic at Saving Jobs at Overfinch

Wilson Field has recently been appointed as administrators of Overfinch Bespoke Vehicles Limited.

Established in 1975, Overfinch is the market leader in bespoke Range Rovers, providing high-quality styling automotive products using the latest technology and precision engineering.

Based in Farnham, Surrey, it has developed into an international brand with 15 distributors throughout the world, including Asia and North America. The company manufactures the exclusive Holland & Holland Range Rover, described as the most luxurious off-roader in the world. Overfinch celebrity owners include Jeremy Clarkson, Steven Gerrard and Colleen Rooney.

Joint administrator, Lisa Hogg, commented;

“Over the last 35 years, Overfinch has established a reputation as the originator and leading authority in high-performance derivatives of the Range Rover. Unfortunately, over the last 18 months, the company has incurred significant one-off non-trading costs which have severely affected cash flow.

“We are continuing to trade the business while a purchaser is sought. There has been considerable interest from a number of parties. The reputation and strength of the brand has provoked significant attention, and I am optimistic that the business will sell”.

As a result, selling the business as a going concern should safeguard some, if not all, of the 20 jobs.
