Print machinery up for sale following Redhill administration

Assets from a Redhill  printers are to be sold off by company administrators.

The printing and print finishing equipment was previously owned by commercial sheet-fed printer OPL Digital of Redhill; they produced promotional material including catalogues, brochures and leaflets for a range of clients such as RBS, Barclays, Macmillan, Sharp and Fitness First.

We are seeking to identify suitable parties to buy the equipment

Professional advisors Kelly Burton and Joanne Wright from Sheffield-based insolvency specialist Wilson Field were appointed as Joint Administrators on April 8.

The Holmethorpe Industrial Estate-based company ran into financial difficulties in tough market conditions. All 14 employees were made redundant and the business has now ceased trading.

Wilson Field is working together with valuers Charterfields Limited who will be disposing of the assets. Interested parties should contact Charterfields.

Kelly Burton, insolvency practitioner at Wilson Field said: “We are seeking to identify suitable parties to buy the equipment.

“It could be added to an existing portfolio of print machinery, or could form the basis for a new business enterprise in its own right.”

For further details and to arrange a viewing contact Ian Maycock at Charterfields on 0330 202 0116 or quoting OPL Digital.
