Wilson Field Limited have been instructed by the directors of Vivat Direct Limited trading as Reader’s Digest (“the Company”) to assist with the formalities of a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) procedure. Please be advised that no further editions of Reader’s Digest will be published by the Company.
Subscribers, contributors, trade creditors and any other party that considers that they are owed funds by the Company should complete the below form to provide brief details of their claim and be added to the list of creditors of the Company. It is expected that meetings of members and creditors will be convened shortly.
Complete FormRoger Cutting of Lambert Smith Hampton (“the Agent”) has been instructed by the proposed Joint Liquidators on behalf of the Company to appraise the assets of the Company. Expressions of interest should be forwarded to readersdigest@wilsonfield.co.uk for onward submission to the Agent.
Any other queries should be forwarded in writing to readersdigest@wilsonfield.co.uk in the first instance.
A further update will be issued by the Joint Liquidators following their appointment.
