Ruth has worked in insolvency since 2006. She qualified as an insolvency practitioner and obtained her licence in 2013. She began her career in Corporate Insolvency, in particular dealing with investigations into insolvent companies’ affairs, and overseeing both company and individual arrangements. Ruth is no longer a licensed IP and is now our Compliance Manager, responsible for ensuring the company is in line with all relevant legislation, professional guidance, and ethical codes.
