Stock update
Please note that the company’s surplus stock of bridal items including wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses and other items is being sold by way of a warehouse sale.
Items that are being offered for sale are not items that have been made specifically for customer orders. All orders that had been completed have been ringfenced and are being held separately.
Where we have identified specific customer dresses we are continuing with our efforts to get these to the company’s customers.

Robert Dymond and Lisa Hogg were appointed joint administrators of the company on 22 November 2018.
Formal notice of appointment will be sent to all creditors by post in due course. Companies house have been notified but it may take some time for the record to be updated.

This company has ceased to trade with immediate effect. This shop, and all other outlets trading as Berketex Bride, will be closed from 13 November 2018 and will not re-open.
Wilson Field Limited of the Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PS have been instructed to assist the company.
A notice of intention to appoint administrators over the company was filed on Friday 9 November 2018 in the High Court of justice, Manchester under court number 3401 of 2018.
This provides protection for the company from the actions of its creditors meaning no enforcement action should be taken in recovery of liabilities without leave of court.
