Making contact was a very difficult decision for me(something I had been putting off), however, Christopher gave clear and considered information. I had read so much about insolvency online, talked to a debt charity and I was confused, weary and exhausted. Talking to Christopher for 20 minutes clarified all this and gave me a much better understanding of the situation my small business was in. He was straightforward and showed genuine concern for the plight of my small business. He also sparked some alternative ideas for me and I felt so much better after dreading this contact for so many weeks.I was at an extremely low point and difficult to be around-my partner is grateful too!
